Still recovering from his ankle injury from our semi final against Murray way back in early September 2017. It needed pins and plates. He’s well grounded and knows he needs to work hard on his contested game to make sure he’s thereabouts for November.

Should resume in two weeks at the start of the APS season but no need for us to rush him in for one game. We need him during August/September.

Lucas Cavallaro looks similar to Williamson and Schumacher and seems like the type Bolton and SOS might be right into later in the draft.

When I think about it I’m not sure either is a good match up on Lukosius, we will want to keep hombsch closer to goals i would think. Would not be surprised to see Joel garner chasing him up the ground at times.

Garner will get smashed, surely there is a better option?

In our reserves? I would hazard a guess hombsch is by far the best defender not playing afl this weekend but might want him closer to goals. Lienert could play him. Garner played on crows himmelberg and despite giving up 15cms shut him out of the game.

Might be a case of give up some touches to Lukosius up the field (he is going to get those anyway) but shut down his next option and don’t let him get easy goals doubling back to space.

I’m still not sure whether Lukosius is playing?

Also just found out I can’t go to the game because of a birthday damn it.
