I think so, although unlike father sons we’re not locked into recruiting them if no one bids. It would be a bit rough not to do so though.

Well obviously there comes a point where he gets picked too early for us to match. I don't see how a 178 defender with good but not outstanding form can be talked about going pick 9.

Actually I’ve been looking at the name, and if broken down it’s ok to get right.

If it’s say 9 or 20 he’s still being rated a top 20 player.
Hence we getting a bargain of sorts, considering we also got Beams from this. Kind of a free hit.
(Of course there is next years pick in this equation so hopefully it’s a late first round pick).

Where Quaynor goes will be how the AFL Clubs viewed his level as of end 2018.
His then career will determine if that place in the draft was a correct assessment, a poor assessment or even a steal. We won’t know that for years.

WA is the hardest state to cover draft related content with not having the full footage and there being a lack of scouts in the area. To give you an idea, GWS asked 18 months ago if we had anyone in WA as they didn’t have a scout over there and had to fly people in and out, or just obtain footage.

It’s hard to work out who, I actually would love a Durak Tucker, he’s more of a defender but can play outside, he’s just been injured this year. At the Pick we will have you either need a completely raw prospect or one who’s been injured.

I think Atu will be Cat B rookie. Which to answer people questions I know Snoop Dog was wondering. One of the Irish lads is going to be Cat A and one Cat B leaving a Cat B slot open. Read into that as you will, but looks like we are preparing to add a Cat B rookie...

Not sure if it's been discussed elsewhere, but what's the story with Bailey Wraith? A 191cm ruckman isn't going to get it done AFL level. I see him listed as a utility. So where would he play? Defence? Forward?
