McFadyen looked good in that vision, inside and hard at it, tackles and has a fend. Hopefully he doesn't jump up the draft order too much.

Both are viewed as arrogant and possibly needing to be taught some lessons.

I thought they were bad but not out of place at that level. The skills are shocking at under 18 level

really? I didn't see anything that suggests he has good skills. I think his hands in close are his strength, but even then they are okay, kicking needs a bit of work but overall he looks "scrubby" if that makes sense. Also his ability to dispose of the ball is a bit slow for mine which at AFL level sets apart best 22 or NEAFL players. If his skills were "pretty good" he'd be a top 20-25 pick IMO. Obviously he is far from a finished product but he is has great size and is aggressive who goes in when required and that is arguably the best foundation to build upon as an AFL footballer.

The coaches love Lester so don't see him going, I agree on the others and you can add Bastinac, if he can't get a gig in our side ATM it's pretty damning for his future prospects.

I would want a top 4-6 pick to give up our first next year.

Can he be delisted and rookied? I can't follow the rules on rookie lists anymore, doesn't make any sense to me. I doubt anyone else would want him. The other 4 I think have had their time unfortunately.

Unfortunately I think you can also add Paparone to that list. I think Bell, Bewick, Dawson & Paps are all in the 'very likely to go' camp. Barrett & Lester are in the senior side so have a better chance of sticking around I think.

That is kind of what I was thinking with rookie listing him, then leading on to an assistant coach role if he is so inclined. Maybe chip in for the odd senior game if needs be.
