He was very good actually and to actually add that he came from cricket so didn't have the ore-season like everyone else. Thought Blakey was fantastic (bloody Swans get another one). Tarryn Thomas has been very quiet in the top flight but I'm sure he is a player. Lukosius on fire early but didn't see much later, Rankine showed his class. Hateley is a pass for me.

Dont get the knock on Sam Walsh kicking.Just hit up the forward on the lead for entry to 50,then perfectly weighted kick to man on the lead.Precision kicking.Jarred Cameron 3 goals in the first half for W A.Pace and converting.Tom Berry is a no for me 3 disposals in a row turnover.1 kick terrible then missed handball under little pressure led to Cameron goal.
Not as much loop as rocky that dart inside 50 pretty nice.

Honestly most of them are pretty underwhelming.
Lukosius played a good game. His start to the third was brilliant and then dropped off a but from there. But was also managed pretty well. Word is his hammy was a bit tight.
Hateley is a decent prospect but he’s not looking like a top 15 pick off that game. Cool and calm under as well as smart thinker. Lacks a lot though.
What a shame he's linked to the NGA.

Will be very interesting to see what happens with Cameron now. Would have to think he's just shot up many boards. At this stage, if we were to use our second rounder on the brother of a current player, I'd probably go him over Tom Berry. Not sure if West Coast would match a bid that high either.
Has known for years that he’d be drafted and lauded for years in SA and his ego has grown as a result, therefore he wouldn’t get the attention in Brisbane that he’d think he deserves.

My original query with McFayden I don’t think holds up for me keeping him out of my top 50. Has the tools to be a genuine match winner in the middle and up forward

I would take him no dramas he is outside yeah but at the fall of the ball quite a bit best mid on the ground just lacks physical strength to break away I think a few years in he will be a jet but I don't watch as much as a few around here so just my opinion
Read an article where the wa coach said eagles should definately take jarrod cameron if he is still around at their last pick or first rookie pick. That sounds to me that they may not have him in their early draft plans. They probably prefer young hill as that type of player. I see jarrod cameron as very getteble for us with a second or third round pick. The whole family could then move back to qld. Tom berry being played out of position and the ordinary form he has shown also augers well for us, possibly a big slider. Would we be happy with walsh or smith, cameron and berry. Culturally good, taking the brothers but would other players fill our list needs better. Tough questions the club will ask themselves im sure.
