Nope. With all these mature agers picked up before him Pickett, Gibbons and McGuire it should show everyone that clubs place a greater importance on ability to step up and play a role rather than just high stats

Very happy for Answerth. Has a had a rough run with injury. Definitely worth more than what we paid.

I think the AFL were really hopeful that live trading would be exciting to happen last night, hence the drawn out process. But clubs are showing now is when it has value in jumping around to get players they like late in the draft

First thing the "experts" mentioned is, good to see brisbane boys in brisbane celebrating... They weren't in vic were they. Is what old mate said.

Given our track record with injured blokes it wouldn't surprise me if this was legit. We don't downgrade as much for injuries as others.

Is it but? neither will be knocking down the door for best 22 in their first year so we really have 18 months to get them right, fit, and up to speed in the NEAFL before there would be any real pressure on them.

Pretty happy with our drafting. Was glad we put a bid in for jarrod cameron, lets him know theres good interest here should the eagles not work out or if the whole family wants to make the move back to qld. I think coleman is a bit unlucky, his neafl stats looked pretty good but i guess similar type to answerth and ill back the club on their due dilligence. Looks like we got some grunt, speed, agility and flexibility. Got a feeling smith then berry will be the first to debut. Having said that i kinda hope they dont need to. I hope we are getting to the stage where we have good depth and can let these draftees develop in time.
