The generalisation though, is that when you are shorter you have a lower centre of gravity which makes you more nimble.
If you have a couple that are quick, happy to tackle, with a lower centre of gravity, you will probably apply greater levels of defensive pressure inside your forward 50.
Other things that lower your centre of gravity:
- A small head
- No arms
- Possessing large, veiny, low-hanging anaconda-like feet
