Yeah, we appear to be a player short ... although I don't think it specifically states you MUST have 44 ... it's just a minimum of 38 and a maximum of 40 on the senior list ... so we are within that range.

He's a Cat B Rookie ... you can have up to 3 of them, but there is no relation to the size of the senior list like there is with Cat A Rookies, in that you can extend your Cat A Rookie List by 1 or 2 if you got with 39 or 38 on the senior list.

Man what a seemingly bizarre/awful off-season overall from our list management team. Apart from getting in a ruck back up i can't really get my head around pretty much every move we've made and this draft was, well to put it in the nicest way possible, it seems very underwhelming. I wish we'd just take the slider once in a while instead of some of these random picks. Every pick seemed like a reach except for Bedford who seems like good value. In Taylor we trust though, he obviously knows a lot more than myself and hopefully he's hit on some of these picks. This draft reminds me of the Predergast days where you'd click on our 1st round pick and the AFL site wouldn't even have a photo for the guy. Just hope Taylor and crew make me look like an idiot, there's a great way to shut me up though, it's called winning a premiership, try it out Dees

I know what you mean, but i reckon when someone touted to be picked in the top 20-30 doesn't even slide to a later pick it means that 18 clubs don't rate them, which in my mind is a better indicator than the "draft experts" that in reality have a lot less resources and access to players with interviews etc. So while it might seem like we miss out on a slider, really most teams see a glaring weakness in the player.

just cause the so called pros in the media dont know who the **** some of the draftees are doesnt mean a scouting team led by Taylor just plucked a ****ing name out of the phone book.
fixed all of our holes while letting Hogan go home and dropping a load of rubbish players.
May is gonna be awse

we have back up for Gawn
we added speed up forward and a better mid sized defender.
all i see us losing was Hogan the rest were past it, rubbish or couldnt stay on the park

once Blakely didnt get bid on in the top 6 they had enough points with their late picks so they traded 24 out knowing that he was going to be bid on b4 that pick and itd be wasted so as soon as someone bid on him they used their later picks they then traded back into the 20s. so if they kept 24 they would have lost it. im not the person to try explain shit hahaha

Rubbish Pretendergast never chose midfielders that's why we were in the mess we were in. Taylor is a gun in his profession How dare you question him? Hang your head in shame.
