Might want to get a helmet if riding down in Melbourne for the road rage and African gangsDoesn’t seem to concerned about making a decision if you watch his Instagram feed hahaha he’s either out on the golf course or riding his pushy around most days

Yeah totally. Just riding the pushy with Darcy and Tom Nicholls on the beautiful GC this morning. Doesn't really come across as a guy about to head off. Shouldn't he be down in Melbourne meeting with clubs?Doesn’t seem to concerned about making a decision if you watch his Instagram feed hahaha he’s either out on the golf course or riding his pushy around most days

I actually think this is a bit unfair. Technically he doesn't even have a decision to make right now, he's contracted and all we've heard is he is seeing what his options are. For all we know he's perfectly content finishing his contract with us and seeing how we're travelling next year which his manager and Cameron have both alluded to during their time on trade radio. When is May making a call, his attitude of me me me, is starting to shit me
If he doesn't ask for a trade today surely it's too late. Firstly Melbourne don't seem to be in a position to take him and Collingwood re-signing Moore means they must be out of the race.Yeah totally. I hear you, I just want some certainty for a change, we know he met other teams and that was to make a decision on his next LONG term contract, well he has done it so IMO its time to make a call.I actually think this is a bit unfair. His manager said his next contract would be a large one so no more one or two year small deals. if you're committing somewhere for 5+ years, you'd hope you've done your due diligence.
If he was out of contract, then i'd agree but him not saying anything publicly isn't a bad thing. he's not required to sign anything this year
8:30pm next wednesday. There is still heaps of time but the May trade requires so many pieces which none have really fallen into place. When specifically does the Trade Period end?
Martin makes no sense for carlton, they need another contested midfielder to help Cripps.Rumours are now carlton are out of the running for shiel they are gunning for jack martin.
If pick 1 was offered. I would take that.

This is Carlton your talking about, they ALWAYS have to win a trade, much like the Injectors. I wouldn't bother even talking to themRumours are now carlton are out of the running for shiel they are gunning for jack martin.

They would probably only offer a future 1st and would want 18 or 24 back for Setterfield deal. This is Carlton your talking about, they ALWAYS have to win a trade, much like the Injectors. I wouldn't bother even talking to them
Exactly . that's why I wouldn't bother with them. If they came to us with pick 1 then that's differentThey would probably only offer a future 1st and would want 18 or 24 back for Setterfield deal.
Knowing our luck the Blues would probably make the finals next year.

Different scenarios. Gws happy for shiel to look around. GCS dont want to lose martin. If pick 1 wasn’t offered for Shiel. Doubt Martin will be any different
Carlton would never give 1 for MartinDifferent scenarios. Gws happy for shiel to look around. GCS dont want to lose martin.
I wouldnt want to lose him either but pick 1 would be very tempting.

JACK Hombsch could be the second contracted Port Adelaide defender to find a new home during the NAB AFL Trade Period.
AFL.com.au understands Hombsch met with Gold Coast last week as the Suns continue to target experienced players from rival clubs.

The 25-year-old has played 98 AFL games – 91 for the Power from 2013-18 and nine for Greater Western Sydney in 2012 - and is contracted for 2019.
But the key backman was told at his exit meeting he wasn't guaranteed regular senior football next year with young defenders Tom Clurey and Dougal Howard having moved ahead of him and rookie Jarrod Lienert's impressive introduction.

"(Jack) is a victim of circumstance," the Power's general manager of football Chris Davies told NAB AFL Trade Radio on Wednesday.
"In fairness to someone like Jack, who is an outstanding person, we want to make sure that we're looking after these guys, saying, you're depth at our club at the moment.
"That's not saying you can't push forward into our best team, but for someone like Jack, you make the decision on what you want for the rest of your career.
"I'd be surprised if there wasn't interest in him because he's a quality human and you know what you're going to get from a playing perspective.
"I imagine that will play out later in the Trade Period if there's a couple of clubs that want his services.
"If he ends up at our club in 2019, that won't be a bad outcome for us."
