Yeah rankine looks like a star.
Would be great to see him running around players and snapping goals in our colours. Cant help but wonder if he would stay though.

Having harbs, cal ah chee as positive mentors be great if he did come.
Unsure but hoping I can put may and Martin in the same box!

A big generalisation here with the caveat that of course each player needs to be assessed on their own merits, however, I would suspect Indigenous players feel a stronger pull to go home than non ingigenous. Family and country so important.

Worked in health setting in cape york for a year so my experience completely different scenario to rankine but think this will be considered by the club.

Difficult decision ahead but s good problem to have!

What do people think of Port's 6 and 10 for GCS 3?

6 would get probably get us either Rozee or Smith + an extra high pick

2, 6, 10, 19, 24, 29

EDIT: 3 not 2

If we somehow still get pick 5 for May I would entertain this.
2, 5, 6, 10, 19, 24.
If not then sit on 2,3 and wait for a Hail Mary from one of the SA clubs.

Scully now seems likely out at GWS.
Shiel, Setterfield, Lobb.

It’s a club forced exodus to clear cap space.

I guess the hope was an early premiership before this had to happen?

And still journos rave about them, how great they are. What will happen next year with Kelly, Coniglio free agents and GWS does make finals. Old guys Deledio, Shaw, Patton 3 ACL, no ruckman - dangerous path.

I would actually like Brisbane doing deal with Adelaide today/Mon for pick 5, then hopefully May stays and we could make a play for pick 4 with our 19, 24,.. St Kilda will listen to offers according to GM Lethlean this morning.

Spending 3 years clearing out all the dickheads at the club and then going our of our way to get Powell-Pepper would be questionable.
