Err, no need. Here's Luko's Combine Goalkicking video.

Either you misread Young_Guns or are saying we should pick Bailey Williams and hire a kicking coach. Either way, we have hired a kicking coach. His name is Josh Drummond and his kick was so elite when he debuted that he was thrown the kick in duties from day one. I remember it because after half a dozen games or so the commentators realised that he's found a marking target from kick ins 61 out of 62 attempts, which was the very best ever and since.

I was making a joke that given Lukosius is a beautiful kick we could pay him extra salary (to help him stay) outside the salary cap by employing him as a kicking coach in addition to his playing duties. Was not a serious suggestion.

I didn't misread. I was not responding to Young_Guns. My post had nothing to do with Bailey Williams.

He's always loved Nicholls for being elite in the very early days as a ruckman that could follow up at ground level to win a clearance or lay a tackle.

Pity he is not much chop in the ruck, around the ground or just general commitment to getting the best out of his football and opposed to being an instagram model.

Thanks. His reply was absolute A-Grade and credit to him for that but I’ve been burnt maybe more than any sports fan in world history and we have many enemies that lap up any death phrases.
 
Crap. Now we have to start worrying about someone poaching Ryan Gilmore. Was hoping he'd remain hidden so we could either pinch him in the Rookie Draft or stash him in the Academy another year.

He'd be silly not to consider both Queensland clubs and with Hodge and Fagan at Brisbane he's got a connection. On the other hand, Dew actually played with Whitecross too.

Don't worry too much , a lot of other club got limited spot too , the good thing about GC ,GWS , Sydney academy are these players can stayed for another year if they are not drafted , eg GWS Brigg . I'm not saying you are wrong in rating them High , but every club got limited spots , GC one extra Rookie A ( if Holman remain Rookie listed) and one Rookie B also come into play .

"I love what Hall brings. He has excellent speed/endurance and racks it up like few in the competition with his capabilities. Grossly underrated. North Melbourne killed it with their trade of a late pick for Hall."

Is this guy living on another planet? He lost any remaining credibility in my eyes. He is Collingwood supporter. Recently, he actually tried to convince their forum that picking up Alex Johnson would be the best thing for Collingwood. Not surprisingly, did not find any supporters for his idea.

I'll defer to him on his assessment of young talent because he watches more of their games than I do. However most on this board would have seen a hell of a lot more of our games than Doerre, Barrett, Wallace and Warner and as such we should take their comments with a grain of salt given their opinions are largely uneducated.

Tom McKenzie is a mid we could look at with our later picks should our preferred options be gone. Top speed (2.90sec 20m sprint) / endurance, rated one of the best kicks in the draft, versatility a strength (plays midfield / defence)...

But rischa averaging 10 touches a game playing in the backline which is having 150 inside 50s a game..

and 75 % the ball locked in there forward half very uninspiring

You are comparing apples with orange regarding stat , one playing as outside mid (Murdoch ) andthe other playing as lockdown HB (Rischa ) . Hopefully you don't need to translate to AFLish .

AFL is not all about stats , sometime getting high stat could mean over used handball . Thompson stats vs Sydney are pretty average but he indeed lockdown Buddy .
