36 total, not including IR or taxi squad.

And there is a settings page. In the drop down menus at the top:
REPORTS > RULES > LEAGUE SETTINGS

Btw, I should make it that one can put a QB on IR (especially as in this league IR really means IR or SSPN) they can still carry another 3 active QBs and have a QB on taxi.

Basically, I should remove the max QB 4 including IR/Taxi, to JUST taxi.

Doesn't matter anyway. The rest of us can ravage the rookie pool during waivers if dixie needs more time on a "dart" player. There'll just be a bit less left to choose from when he can make a pick. Rather than forcing him to quit by autopicking, which no one wants (tho its mean to threaten that too over a dart player), we can still work around him.
