If a rookie is traded, new owner can keep base salary and contract, or ask for new 3-5 yr contract at his true salary.

IIRC the scoring revolved around RB YPC above and below the league average and number of sacks/pressures allowed

Pass blocking of course, RB, TE and WR would have separate scoring for down field blocks. Separate category again for special teams blocks.

You can now also draft officials, they get points for flags but lose points for successful challenges.
