A few AFC teams did (Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and Palestine) but Iran played theirs in their country. I remember playing Syria on a Malaysian cow paddock. Iraq also played their matches in Iran.

Iran's home stadium in Tehran is one of the more daunting trips in Asian football. They'd be accustomed to this atmosphere.

The Vuvuzelas didn't bother me in 2010 and they don't bother me now.
