What an absolute joke of a fixture for Sydney supporters in Adelaide. Can't even get to see my team play once wtf?

For anyone at all who has anything to do with the club or AFL that reads this:

I am as passionate a Swans supporter you will ever meet. I fly all over the country to watch the boys play every year, spending thousands of $ to do so. I have bought memberships & merchandise above & beyond just to support the club. I'm certain there are many SA supporters like me too.

This is the thanks we get?! Are you fu**ing serious!?

Couldn't even get one... just ONE fu**ing game?!

Pathetic. Disappointing. A wasted opportunity.

Great work ruining all our hard work the last handful of years that we've achieved building support over here too.

As a sign of my disgust I might just keep my money this year. The AFL can GAGF.

If I recall correctly we had a better win rate at Etihad last season than we did at the SCG? Our home away from home should come in handy!

FYI the clubs make requests to the AFL about what fixtures they do and don't want. The Swans may have not prioritised playing in SA. I don't know if they did or didn't, but I do know that each club and venue will make fixture preference requests.

Haha, The Crows and Power probably requested to not play us there as we have a good record in the city of churches

But, I do feel for the Adelaide based supporters. I thought we always at least had a trip to Perth and Adelaide.

To think the SA supporters group managed to get hundreds (as far as I'm aware) of people who would've been interested in a training session, they meet every week to watch games, pack out the prematch function every year, organise raffles/speeches/functions etc throughout the season... all their hard work & the club just ignores us. That’s not correct as the club does not set the draw the AFL does. All we can do is provide our preferences such as specific theme games and time slots we prefer.
