I agree. Just find yourself a place by the beach and stare at that ass all day long.

I’d be setting up camp in that thing... oh god I sound like virgin GG

Yeah, shame thats still a waste of his talent.

Speaking of wasting talent... Vikes have had some good players in their time...

Interesting article, grading each FA move as they happen....

https://www.sbnation.com/2018/3/12/17103704/2018-nfl-free-agent-grades-trades-offseason-moves

Example...

Raiders sign RB Doug Martin & WR Jordy Nelson
Grade: D

The grade here hinges on what they’re paying him. Martin hasn’t cracked 2.9 yards per carry in his last two seasons with the Bucs. Injuries and suspensions have made the 29-year old mostly ineffective. If this is a depth signing for the veteran minimum, it gets a shrug. If they’re paying him top dollar and eyeing him as a replacement for Marshawn Lych, there aren’t enough Fs in the world to give them.

Nelson turns 33 this spring. He looked older than that last year with the Packers. It’s a two-year, $15 million deal with $13 million guaranteed, which isn’t exactly onerous, but they’d probably have been better off just keeping Crabtree (who got cut for Nelson’s salary).

Really starting to wonder if the Raiders might regret this Gruden thing sooner rather than later.

--------------------------

That's always been my fear of Gruden. His playbooks are so complex that older vets become the focus of his rosters, experienced enough to understand the plays and thus get on the field. Which leaves a lot of rookies and young players, especially those with more raw talent, out in the cold. Gruden relying more on the chess of plays to win. Not finding a way to get those athletic beasts on the field who can just "do their thing" and not have to think too much, get lost in Xs and Os. And next thing you know, three seasons later, tho you have a consistent W-L ratio, perhaps deep playoff entry, your roster is very old, slow, the cap maxing out, and little to no developed drafted studs.

49ers signed former Cards/Pats/Cowboys 1st Round Guard Jonathan Cooper.

Don't know much about him since he got drafted 7th overall by the Cardinals. He seems pretty polarizing, Cowboy fans seemed to like him...Cards fans not so much. Skills seem better suited to ZBS the 49ers run than the power blocking schemes he has played in the past.

49ers now have 3 former first rounders competing for 2 guard spots on the roster....best case they become a force in the middle, worst case they get Garoppolo put onto season ending IR.

He has been a massive disappointment with all his previous teams, also injuries have hampered him big time.
You would hope Lynch isn't going to pay much for him.

Yeah...its' a one year deal so not a lot of risk here....Shanahan is very specific in the skill sets he looks for on offense so maybe the right environment, scheme and avoiding the injury bug has him finally play to potential....you don't get selected 7th overall as a guard if you don't have something.
