He should be under pressure.

They had their break-out season when they got an edge fitness-wise on the comp. Good on em but it didn't last and they didn't win a flag. Since being brought back to the pack fitness-wise they haven't really fired a shot with a good list. They are quite a dour and stodgy team really, even though they have flair players...

Crying out for a new coach and fresh approach for sure.
Hinkley has 3 years to go on his contract!

Yep, they are likely stuck with him unless Kochy coughs up the bucks to sack him.

Signing him for that long is a huge mistake IMHO.... similar to our * up with re-signing Richo.

And Freo.

I'd be more than happy to let Richo go back there and be re-united with Hinkley but don't want Hinkley near us so no swap for me, more a giveaway ;)

:D

Forget what the article was but in case it hasn't been mentioned, I read a day or two ago that GWS are under the salary cap pump, with someone on their list due to be the highest paid in the comp next year, at $1.4mil.

Guessing it's Jezza Cameron, on a back-ended deal. Was told when he re-signed that he re-signed for a larger amount than was being reported in the papers and that the deal was from memory for a mil a year.

The AFL won’t be happy . No S.A. or Queensland sides in the finals . Only one WA side . Still no Essendon or Carlton. A disappointing effort by the AFL !!!

Don't worry BT.....the AFL will try much harder for the 2019 season.

Yes was strong including their Cola and marketing $ being mentioned with Cameron at the time .

Was denied but clearly now correct.

Looks like the Cats will have another 100 point win this weekend......103 ahead as of right now.

Great for the %.

How fortunate were they to get Freo and the Suns in the last 2 home games before finals.

Bit of a heartbreaker for the dogs. Difficult shot to win the game and it hits the post. They looked good today though.
Been a remarkable turnaround from them since about halfway through the 2nd quarter against us a few weeks ago. Been like the Dogs of 2016 just about since then.

As of half time, Jackson Macrae is on track for a game of 50 disposals (18 contested), 18 marks, 12 tackles, intercept possessions and score involvements, 6 inside-50's, 4 clearances, 2 goals, 2 goal assists and 248 ranking points!

Against the best team in the comp!

He's had a great year and if the dogs weren't s**t he could have given the Brownlow a shake.

C'mon Freo
Ffs.

Typical RL team, get a lead and try to hold then fail dismally and scramble.

Only question was if the Pies woke up to it or not, was afraid them having to hop on a plane might have made them stupid.
