Sorry, just saw you're in London. Enjoy your afternoonBellend.
Okay. I watched every game he played this year and while he was still good he just wasn’t the same player he was. Then he went and did his knee again. You’ve got your blue and yellow glasses on and that’s fine but the Naitanui era is done bro. Be happy that you pinched a flag without relying on him, that’s nothing but a positive.Sorry, normally leave you guys to yourselves on your own board but this is blatantly false. He certainly played less game time this year than in the past but the impact Nic Nat has on our midfield when he is on the field is immense. Some of it is his ruck work but most of it is down to the pressure he puts on the opposition and his contested work around the pack after the ruck contest.

Amazing to watch in full flight and a good bloke to boot but injuries have well and truly done him in.
We shall wait and see hey.
Scary thought adding a gun ruck (if fit) the the reigning champs.

Agree with you that unfortunately the Naitanui era is probably done, we should be looking to the future and anything we get out of him from now on is probably a bonus. In saying that I hope he comes back half way through next year and smashes it.
I just disagree that he was a shadow of his former self and that not having him wasn't a negative. He did have a couple of down games but for the rest he was far and away our best ruck. It was night and day between when him and Lycett were in the ruck and he had far more impact on the ball than either Lycett or Vardy had all year.
Anyway I'll leave you to it, sorry to intrude
