Caro was on Adl radio today and said there is a bloc being formed by the crows, west coast and Sydney to have the "grand final at the MCG until the end of time" rule overturned.
Apparently at the Brownlow McAvaney spoke to Don Pyke. Pyke asked Bruce who he was backing.
Bruce: Collingwood by 3 goals
Pyke: Why?
Bruce: The MCG is their home ground
Pyke: And if they played in Perth?
Bruce: Well, west coast then obviously

The only silver lining from us losing pn Saturday is that I think the push to even this up will really grow legs. The three biggest interstate clubs would have lost the grand final in the last three years when each time they had earned home ground advantage
Nothing will change though.

Technically this already happened in 2015/16/17 (Us, Sydney and Adelaide all lost the GF after qualifying higher than their opponents).
Standing in line picking up tickets for the GF Three different groups of us coincidently are up in the top tier , one group being noteholders and priority 1.. They were appalled to be up so high , not me , I prefer the higher view . If most of us supporters are up there it may seem a much noisier Collingwood crowd. The boys didnt worry about a Collingwood crowd in R17 so shouldnt be worried now. We effectively played with 1 less player in both games we played them this year. Even with everything helping a home side we can still do this . Glad we arent favourites like Adelaide were who expected to win easily i feel , our boys will be ready knowing they need to play . Adelaides headspace hasnt been right since their murdered coach and they have done some strange things. We are not like them, Simmo is not A gimmick coach, he was a noob in 2015 as all our team was to the GF experience that year . Level headed this time around . I havent slept very well this week going over the game, but I will play my role and be at the G wearing our colours supporting along with the missus. Fly out tomorrow early , dont miss the flight is my biggest concern TBH. Lets do our bit.

Another omen, Malthouse and Woosha both won flags in their 5th season as coach, and this year is Simmo's 5th. A bit more than superstition as well, with like a time frame of a concerted build.
Also, what's the deal with this arrogance business? I missed the reference. I'm guessing it's salty Dockers supporters grasping onto the last face saving thing they can possibly come up with.

One day I'll have to give the game away. Seen lots of old members die up in the 3rd stand Subi end early 90's back when I was much younger.
