As someone who has never been to San Diego I'm sure you dont. If you had you'd know Its a beautiful city. A run down facility like this just seems so out of place. I find it sad, a reminder of what they had and will likely be never coming back.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Bucs "might hold off" on starting Jameis Winston when he returns from suspension in Week 4.

This follows comments from GM Jason Licht last month that Winston isn't guaranteed to start. With the Bucs coming off a Monday night game in Week 3, Winston may be moved back slowly from his suspension. Winston is still the future in Tampa, but the Bucs may ride Ryan Fitzpatrick until he loses the job.
