Yep, she came through the SANFL, AFL fast tracked her and moved her to Melbourne a few years ago, she’s had a quite a few AFL games.
Really liked when she umpired the Crows in the SANFL as I knew it was going to be a well umpired game.

First Tex beat him, so he wouldn't man up on him, then he went to Eddie and that didn't work either, so this year they put him on JJ to add another to the list he won't defend against again.
The best defenders actually consistently beat their opponent when required. E.g. Scarlett. It's why I will never rate Rance as a top tier defender.

The advantage actually is ridiculous. They've come west of Etihad twice and lost both.

Interstate clubs travel roughly every second week and keep their performances up.
Exactly. A lot of people say "Well, look at those interstate teams in the 1990s and 2000s that won the flag, it can be done". To which I say - imagine how many it would've been if the competition, namely finals, were actually fair then!

If the umpires continue to ping Richmond for throws, holds and drops across all matches, they will struggle.

It's the only thing they are good at.

Umpires paid them last week against North and Richmond barely won
