Did the people who apparently had tickets to the empty cheap seats on the broadcast side even have access to these marquees?

Nobody (as a percent) cared about a game of footy in China, when we've tried NZ (where most sports supporters would have known there was a game on) nobody cared. Nobody will.

Soft spot for Brisbane
What do you call it when Pyke says that Brouch doesn’t have OP, and the next day Brouch says on radio that he has OP?
That Brad Crouch doesn't know what OP is.

Hasn't it been announced subsequently that Crouch just flippantly said OP because it's a groin injury?

I don't think Don Pyke is lying and don't believe he has any motivation to.

That Brad has used Dr Google to diagnose himself.

(That's the story I heard anyway. He wasn't happy with the progress he was making, so he googled it)

The annual test match at AO if often exactly that
You would say (generously) that the Shanghai seating area was about quarter full, apply that to AO and you need enough bars and marquees to hold 35k.

Even the biggest Powah Koolaid drinker would know that is not right.

Article had a pic of our Tom Lynch though
Footy Calcified had Juddy talking about our Tom Lynch, and the screen showed GC's.

Doesn't mean a thing.

Ollie Wines is spending this break in Victoria. Gone?
Cos the story said he's there to confirm he is staying in Adelaide. Could either Tom Lynch be doing the same?

"The 23-year-old midfielder will spend his mid-season break confirming to his Victorian-based family his intent to sign a new deal with the Power"

Ok, so you think that the person who has been dealing with an injury, possibly for months, doesn't know what injury he has. He cares so little that he doesn't even want to know what the injury he has is called?

Nah, just someone who actually supports a club, and doesn't join the mob with torches. I'm happy to not be another sheep on this board.
Don't really want to get involved in your dispute, just picking up on the sheep angle.

Aren't you just a member of the different flock?

I think Marty is about the only one who doesn't fit in with one commonly held view or another.

If you actually read the article he says nothing of the sort. He does say he thinks the Power are in a good spot to compete for the next 10 years, so I guess the next Gray/Westhoff/Ryder/(Boak) have already been identified.

yeah, his words of "The break gives me time to catch up with my family and make that decision" depends on the question (which of course is excluded from the story)

(I'm keeping a record of all stories, so that when he goes, I can rehash them)

There are two articles, our Lynch flying to Melb this weekend and GC Lynch going to Melbourne in the future break.

If that is what people are disagreeing about?

GC Lynch has his mid-season break this weekend. He didn't go to China, so could've been in Melbourne last weekend. (Note: could. I am unaware of his location at any given moment)

The only mention of AC Lynch in Melbourne has been Mitch Cleary, and the timeline provided by MC has been debated.

Whens the AFL going to grow some balls and start doing something about these fights at football. Such a spineless organisation that waits for these incidences to fall into the abyss and move on like it never happened. Time to start naming and shaming these offenders and ban them for life.

Tom Browne reported on Footy Classified last night that Lynch was in the QANTAS lounge at Adelaide Airport when he caught his flight back to Melbourne very early on Saturday morning. That in itself is surprising, as I'd have thought that the team would have had a Saturday morning recovery session that Lynch would have needed to attend.
