But shouldn't Port be paying for this rather than the SA tax payer Tibbsy? Take of your rose coloured glasses for a second. If the tables were turned and the state govt was spending millions of tax payer funds on upgrading West Lakes would you be happy?
This is the only reply you’re likely to get from Tubbs.....sorry, Tibbs, son of Tubbs.

The stuff you learn reading the main board.
Apparently Danger got in his car and went home after he got injured.
Good team man that 1.

I can imagine Danger all upset, injured ringing home

Danger: Hey Mardi, it's me, I've really hurt myself this time, the phsio says I have to stay here and do ice baths all night

Mardi: Yeah, well the baby is crying and it is your turn to feed and change it so...

Danger: Ok, I'm coming home now then.

Ben Reid and Mason Cox have the key forward roles on lockdown!

I reckon might suit Moore. Playing key forward for Collingwood would be so mentally and physically taxing, there’s no silver service available...

Get some confidence in defence beating your man and then running off them.
Then switch back forward next season under their new coach. ;)

Danger will play round 1.

Will play out of the goal square, mark everything that comes his way, kick 3.7 and be hailed the greatest player of all time.
After going down in a heap in his first contest screaming in agony. ;)

Does anyone remember how much our new West Lakes training facility cost us to build and also how much we paid vs government funding?
Cheers

No figures but off the top of my head the big extension had a budget of $20million I thought

I really like what Labor have done for our state, but **** it's going to to be hard to continue voting for Jay after the shit he pulled this weekend
What did he do this weekend as I missed it?

Ps. I assume you mean the Port funding.

I get the feeling the documents should definitely be made public
Hmm putting 2 and 2 together and getting 39 maybe explains this. From SEEK. ASADA going to blitz the AFL early and try and embarrass them early?

The Organisation
The Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) is in the process of hiring a number of Casual Doping Control Officers in various locations around the country including Adelaide.

ASADA is the Australian Government body responsible for protecting the health of athletes and the integrity of Australian sport through engagement, deterrence, detection and enforcement activities aimed at minimising the risk of doping. As a representative of ASADA you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing its reputation and relationship with athletes and sports officials.

The Role
As a Casual Doping Control Officer (DCO) you will play a key role throughout the sample collection process. The DCO is the person who is responsible for the organisation, conduct and management of the Doping Control Sessions. As such this role involves irregular work patterns and varied work locations. This role should be viewed as providing a supplementary source of income rather than a regular source of income.

DCO’s work alongside ASADA Doping Control chaperones. DCOs and Chaperones work as a team to conduct sample collection sessions in strict accordance with the relevant procedures so all athletes are treated in a fair and equitable manner.

The Person
An interest in sports is not a requirement of this role, however it is imperative that you are mature, confident and present yourself in a professional manner, have strong attention to detail, an ability to follow strict processes and an ability to work flexibly as part of a team.

The fact that the DCO work schedules are irregular in nature means successful applicants must have a high level of availability (especially during the day). Therefore, this role is particularly suited to medical professionals (aged care workers, nurses, pathology technicians, pharmacy assistants etc), emergency service professionals, shift workers, regulatory enforcement employees and retirees.

You will need to demonstrate a fair level of fitness and an ability to work outside of normal working hours. Please note:

Skills and attributes required;
• You must be an Australian Citizen.
• A positive attitude and reliability.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, confident and professional manner.
• An ability to diligently follow processes.
• Drivers license and access to a fully registered and insured vehicle.
• A minimum of 18 years of age.

Applicants must pass a National Police Check and have the ability to obtain a Federal Government security clearance at the Baseline level. You must also have the ability to obtain and maintain relevant Working with Children Checks in accordance with State requirements.

Apply to this role using the Apply Now buttons. You will be sent an email with further information on the role as well as an official application form to complete. Applications closes 25th March 2018

Should you wish to know more about the position, please email

Absolutely, I’m sure Port can get some extra $ for their facility upgrade from their China connections.
