The Saints will get pumped by the usual media and their coach and fans all week until they’re in a frenzy so it would hardly be surprising.

North had dominated the Saints stretching back years until their most recent matchup. People wrote off North especially after playing on a flooded oval and losing to the Suns. The Saints looked better so naturally people assumed the Saints would win this easily.

These are the kind of angles I look at when figuring out who will win. Most people make a lot of quick assumptions influenced by the media who are dumb parrots.

I tipped Saints because North are really shit but the Saints are somehow even sitter. They are bottom 4 material. If you look at their list, what is there to get really excited about? KPPs are lacking (McCartin will go down as one of, if not, the worst #1 pick of all-time), their midfield lacks spark and class, and haven't traded in anyone significant. Richo is on thin ice and the Saints are 3 years behind where they should be.
