What we really need to do is ring radio station after radio station, highlight the numerous incidents from Port and particularly from their indigenous players and ask the questions about the government funded program. If the program they seem to claim is World leading, Nobel peace prize winning, good fellas all around is producing this type of behaviour over and over again, one has to wonder how long that funding remains?

Imagine if this was a program funded by anti-drink driving government programs and this number of players had been done for drink driving. That funding would be gone in a flash.

Oh won’t somebody please think of those poor Melbourne peeps, having to ride on a tram for ten minutes to get to a modern stadium with decent facilities...
No argument from me :)

But they probably prefer the MCG. It's easier in my experiences leaving big games too.

Don't underestimate the hate Victorians have for that ground....

NFI why but it's the case. Got sisters there that don't go there.

It's a weird world inside the world of #Portlogic

A place where taking players to a secret training location and taking their mobile phones away from them is supposedly a far bigger crime against humanity than sexually assaulting a woman.

First time I went there happened to be a Carlton Crows game, asked them for a good seat, they gave me something around $40 blocked by concrete.

Wasnt impressed... Wasn't wearing any supporter gear.

Luckily I could freely move around.

Are you guys talking about Etihad ?? In my opinion it's because it has all the atmosphere of a Morgue. The first time I visited I expected it to be an amazing place to watch footy. Fully enclosed and seats 50K. I thought it would have a sensational atmosphere. Couldn't have been more wrong. They should knock it down and start again.

Because you can't get anything other than top deck seats as a GA member, unlike the MCG. Ruins any atmosphere.

It's not great to get out of either. Left on the final siren after the Essendon game and didn't get home for another 2 hours. The extra buildings they've put around the stadium choke up the footbridge.

Yeah only other time I went there I got a ticket on the wing up high, maybe 2nd row from the front. A violent sneeze and you could honestly fall off trying to get out. Steep seating, only made better by the deplorable seating I saw in Chicago.

It definitely doesn't have any real atmosphere though.
