The AFL promo is out.

Mr Brightside with footage of Martin and his medals, Riewoldt singing, and the Tigers holding up the cup.

I knew it was coming, but bloody hell... just kill me now.
Let's hope our players see it over and over and over again this year and it makes them more determined for redemption

Yep. I know it does it for me. Every mention, every snippet.... like a knife through the heart.

#whyollienosign?

It's a Ferrari 268, and we keep hearing that Ollie is a Ferrari, so it's a perfect comparison, because it's also 268 days til Ollie is out of contract

Don't understand why he didn't sign this morning...

Red and yellow and a blue harness, is he coming to the crows?

Why hasn't Ollie signed?

He says he'll play anytime, anywhere - specifically, anywhere but Alberton?

267 days until he's out of contract!

Some mass baiting going on here. Lol

I'm so good at this, it could be called master baiting.

Ah, figured we'd get a year of Pork nuffies asking when Sloane was going to sign, when they've got exactly the same problem with Wines.

This way, i've made it more fun for myself. And isn't that what master baiting is all about?

Have you thought about what happens when Ollie signs but Sloane hasn’t :(

Oh yeah I know why it’s there and very creative. :thumbsu:
I’m amazed no bites yet considering the way they are more interested in our situation rather than their own. Maybe they’ve been scared off by the knob end getting suspended the other day.

From the AFL:

McLachlan said AFLX had been several years in the making and, based on the success of the tournament that kicks off next week, could be a way of taking Australia's game to an international audience.

"We have had trouble taking our game internationally. This is not our traditional game, AFL X, but it's got all the best bits of it," McLachlan said.

"It means that we could go to Hong Kong in November next year not only with two clubs, but we could take six clubs and play a mini-tournament.

"To take our game and showcase all the best bits of it, and actually not have to build infrastructure like we did in Shanghai, for example, that presents a huge opportunity."

Did I read correctly? If so, AFLX a massive punch in the face to the Power China strategy?

We have found a reason to support AFLX!

The AFL was always using Port as an entry point into China and to test the waters. They were kidding themselves if they thought the AFL would let them have it solo.

Baiting trolls is really secondary - all it does is create work for me - it's more for my own amusement.
