I never understood why the Saints got rid of him. A number 8 pick who took a little while longer to come on, big deal. He's quality.
They had a heap of tall forwards (led by Riewoldt), and just didn't have space for him in their forward line. Adelaide were able to give him opportunities, and he has flourished.

Their original chicken is poor.

But I do enjoy their Wicked Wings and chips.

Do they do popcorn chicken down there? That's my favorite thing on their menu. But yeah, the original chicken is abysmal. The breading is never crisp and it usually all just falls off, and the meat is oily rather than juicy. Terrible. Also, it is an injustice that people all over the world associate fried chicken with Kentucky when the best fried chicken comes from Baltimore or Louisiana.

For several years I thought I hated fried chicken. Turns out I just hated KFC.

I’m not even sure it’s fried as I’ve seen them loading it into ovens on a tray but they claim it’s cooked fresh in store. I actually like it in moderation. Their deal where you get a bun then fries and mashed potato is a stupid combination of carbs with carbs and more carbs for good measure. I don’t really get it.

Crispy strips (or whatever they are called now) with sweet and sour sauce is delicious. What are you guys on about?
Prefer my regular whole chicken marinated in white wine, lemon, chili, herbs & spices, which is slow cooked on weber coals.

Carbs and more carbs, what’s not to like?

Many years ago I knew a guy who said he had a Kentucky Fried Mouse in his take home pack. He took it back and they denied all knowledge of it. He swore it was a true story - I'm not sure it was but haven't been there since just in case

Carbs are soluble in beer. Scientific fact!
Dont get sucked in to buying Mountain Dew.
Beer is the only sensible option diet wise.

If you haven't experienced the multispiced mouse, youve never enjoyed the original recipe.

Thats is all they served mid-80s.

I loved how their little toes were so so crunchy

Not sure where he played his U18's (and that's not always relevant anyway), but most of his handful of games at the Saints was on a HBF. If he was left at the Saints he may never have had a career, Lynch took awhile to get up to speed at the Crows and hasn't looked back. He's had a couple of injury concerns, especially concussions which he's taken some time to get over.

Lynch has been a great pick up, his work rate is excellent, his field kicking and score involvements are top notch.

I'm always wary of posting here as these are my opinions by observation. And there's always a w***er here that either asks you to produce stats to back up your statements, or produces stats to make a liar of me (or argue for the sake of it).

No stats. It's a message board/discussion thread. Lynch has been good for the club, and the club has been good for Lynch. That sounds like a win/win for me, but if he gets a massive offer from another club then who knows?

I actually thought last off season when Collingwood recruited Chris Mayne as a free agent on ridiculous coin, why wouldn't they have a crack at someone like Lynch who would be far better suited to their needs?

I'd expect Lynch will stay as he has a real place here in the game plan, has resurrected his career at the Crows, and he's going along well. Why leave unless you get a "hail Mary" offer?
