Stepping away from the AFLW and focussing on China may be the decision that eventually kills off the Pear.
AFL is unique with the level of women that attend AFL matches. The Crows bid to capture the hearts of young girls will ensure we are the dominant AFL team for decades in S.A. The only hope for the Pear is an invasion from the north .

Why does anyone care who any team's major sponsor is? I don't get it.

I'm all for poking fun at Power supporters - but really, what does a sponsor have to do with anything of importance? We make fun of things like the China deal because it shows a lack of focus on winning a premiership ... but we are all of sudden concerned about who the Power have on their jumper?

Their club has gone beyond the MY ATM/Soaring Securities days. Yet their supporters still clutch to any crumb about sponsorship.

Like the Adelaode 500 no commercial entity wants to be major sponsor so Jay steps in.


We keep getting told there are countless entities in both China a d Australia wanting to put money I to the China project and the club. Yet none of them want to be the major sponsor of the most public part of the e
entire project. So Jay and the SA taxpayers step in.

I can't speak for everyone. But that is the way I see it

Phoenixpower is so insecure he feels the need to password protect a crumb he got so he can reveal and gloat about it if it ever happens. Not to mention the taking of screenshots of posts here so he can come back and chest beat.

I predict that when (if) they get another name on their jumper to replace one of the Oaks there will be much chest beating and this place will be flooded with Tealsters. It will be like they won a Grand Final.
