At least you mentioned these 3 upgrades as apposed to all the other Crow posters mentioning only the Aboriginal Center accompanied by backward racist comments, but then you all conveniently ignore the rest of the announcement:

• A world-class multi-purpose training and sports science precinct, including:
• A new high performance centre
• Development of a secondary training and rehabilitation field
• Upgrades to the Fos Williams Family Stand.
• A new swimming pool,
• A new gymnasium which will be available to the local community
• A function centre which will also be available to the local community
• Spectator amenities at the ground to be upgraded.
• A new Port Club containing a visitor centre and museum
• Construction of an Aboriginal Centre of Excellence
• Development of a Premiership Walk at the entry to the oval and facilities

Walters is a magician. Imagine if Walters and Betts played in the same forward line! Fyfe is a beast with amazing ability. Sandilands the giant. Neale.... Hill.... Bennell(when sane).....they have some top end talent and if they get their act together they won't be easy.

But really, no team is easy these days if you give it an ounce of leeway.
