So for how many years have the Kangaroos been promised this blockbuster Good Friday game for?

Two years now and we know the AFL doesn't like to change tradition...

So until they are finally wound up?

Won't ever take off as a must watch game unless the Kangaroos... yeah I can't think of anything that will make work. It's not the time slot that makes the game.

I'd be looking at replacing all of the stand-alone event games using matchups that mean (almost) anyone can get them. Grand Final rematch, most members the previous year, you could do maybe top SA vs top WA, even Top 2 Victorian clubs the previous year. Would actually create new rivalries.

Wasnt the China Syndrome meant to solve their sponsorship woes? They just need to convert 1% of the population to Oliveball and they will be set for life.
