I think on the Port board they mentioned that Boak was there although if he was out past curfew surely Boak being the Captain wasn't there at the time.

Men are victims too, generally of other men though. Women are much less likely to be the perpetrators of violence whether it be of a sexual nature or not and the data supports this. People also need to remember that context is important, like the context of the power relationship between the victim and the perpetrator for instance.

Depends. I had a drunk woman pin my in the corner of a tram while feeling me up one night. Wasn't the greatest experience in my life, it was downright humiliating in fact while I tried to get away (she was way bigger than me, so it wasn't easy) and saw other people on the tram laughing at me. Also while knowing I had to be very careful, since if I acted in any way aggresive towards her, i'd probably be the one getting in trouble.

Discrediting the alleged victims account of events and questioning her motives in not going to the police.

Would not surprise me if it comes out SPP was merely helping the young lass who was falling from the stage at that point and his hands accidently touched her in an inappropriate place whilst supporting her. She is so clumsy it happened twice. The second time he not only accidently touched her under her skirt but also had to grab her arm to prevent falling.
