I was at the game at ground level, so hard to see all parts of the play. Based on effort and contribution:

5. Ed Curnow - with Cripps subdued Ed was our best mid, gut running was huge
4. Charlie Curnow - doubled teamed with poor supply, battled manfully
3. Daisy Thomas - he tried to fill gaps we had without Simpson
2. Matthew Kennedy - showed some signs of what we need from him
1. SPS - had a better game than most of his this year.

PS: It would have been unthinkably worse without Charlie. He has game presence.
