Thought Hartung's disposal improved at North. They were 8-5 with him and 4-5 without.

I think it was less the disposal that improved but his decision making. At Hawthorn he had to think too much, whereas at North his job was to simply run hard and keep it simple by kicking it straight to BBB.

Footy looks a lot easier when you have a big gun forward who you know can at worst make any contest a 50/50.

Did Melbourne change list management between the Toumpas and petracca drafts?
Toumpas draft we'd moved on the previous dill and had Viney acting in the role while we hired. Jason Taylor is the genius since then.

Agreed. You see some genuine surprises with delistings. You wonder how vigilant the recruiting staff is when they trade for a player and then dump him after 1 season. They should have known how good the kid is when they picked him up. Then again, we do see players delisted only to be picked up again by the same club.

Hartung's problem is not ability. By the sounds of it (and by deduction) there must be personality issues.

The very definition of chalk and cheese is Jack and Stephen.....
Jack literally would not even be good enough to be a VFL footballer if not for the surname.
I,m all for jack staying on their list.
Means Dad is still there.;)

Rischitelli to be delisted (as told by afl.com.au) and re-drafted as a rookie.
