David Trotter is the travel agent.

Didn't he just sign an extension?

I know the family and before the draft they wanted him to stay in Vic but I think he has settled well up North. His old man played with Jono Brown, so they have a connection to Brissie.

Don't know but there might be a cancellation. Yes has a long term deal, stranger things as they say.

Question is, will it be a five star luxury stay or will you end up at a back packers.?
Yeah aim for 5 star but probably settle for back packers :(

Nekminnut Lynch to NMFC in a buddyesque style secret negotiation

Would be funny if it happened but alas very unlikely. The poor guy has been stuck with that crap team for years and all he probably wants by now is a crowd to play in front of. Soon we'll find out what's more important to him... setting up his long term future with millions of $$$ or playing in front of a toothless crowd.
ah, I think he will get both of those things playing for the filth. As if there isn’t some rubbish property deal blah blah involved.

Dahlhaus last year averaged over 25 touches a game and 4 tackles a game those numbers would put him in our top 5 players
This year again averages over 21 a game

Bloke has pace, finds the footy and can tackle

Easily the best free agent after Lynch/Gaff

Would be silly not to enquire and have a serious crack at him especially with no picks/players neeeded to acquire him

I’ve been told there’s off-field issues with Dahlhaus.

I remember when people didn't want marley because of the same.

Those sort of things shouldn't be a concern at North. Back the boys in and expect the culture to turn it around. Worst thing that could happen to him at North is he starts rolling up his pants and burns all his socks - the humanity!

Exactly. No brainer. Short term memories and footywire are why people don't rate him. At his best he was near AA. Only difference is we could get him at cut price given his injuries recently and off field stuff.

I have no idea why people are against it. He'd be a very handy pick up. Still has age on his side and wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. He'd be great as a half forward and spending time in the midfield. Massive upgrade on hrovat and turner.
I'd prefer Wallis

Don’t need that shit corrupting our youth
More a scrubber than a jet
I wonder whether some of our players might perform a little better with the marching powder on board. Would eliminate confidence issues and improve communication skills ....Maradona still went OK didn't he?

Really not understanding the negativity on picking up Aaron Hall ?

Aside from this year (6 games) His last two seasons have been very solid and consistent production wise

2017 averaged 26 touches, 4 tackles and played 19 games.
2016 averaged 28 touches 4 tackles and played 17 games.

Am aware that disposal stats aren’t everything, as well as disposal eff% (70%+ in ‘18,’17,’16) However, the guy is a line-breaker, can accumulate the footy consistently, doesn’t butcher it and is a metres gained player averaging 368(injured this year),498 and 528 the last 3 years.

Aside from turning 28 this year, and provided we don’t pay anything higher than a 4th or a 5th rounder for him would be a good contributor and addressed our pace issue
Not a star, but the idea of “don’t want him just because we didn’t get Gaff or Polec” is weird. Could do worse.
