There are massive limitations on how much he can commit to another team, and players in general RARELY speak about changing clubs mid season. Yep, the systen is the flaw. For a team to be able to chase a contracted player for 2 years is a joke and limits the opportunities of other clubs being able to sell themselves as a destination.
In the NFL, lolmond would be stripped of draft selections for tampering with contracted players/coaches and Roger Goodell would block the offer/trade.
Lynch and his management would be fined and he would have to negotiate terms with teams that played by the rules...
