The match is a top of the table clash between the form teams of the opening 14 rounds of the VFLW competition.

The Magpies are undefeated from 11 games, while the Thunder has won 10 of 12.

One of their two losses was against Collingwood back in round eight, when Sophie Alexander kicked four goals in a 16-point win.
