A repeat of the 1919 grand final would heal many wounds.
I thought so too but West Coast had our measure for the season.Let's hope that they can immediately erase the bitterness of the 2018 GF loss.
Will be a big ask though. Just not sure that the planets will align as they almost did in 2018. That was the one that got away. Playing WCE on GF day is about as good as you could hope for. Would have taken that match up at the start of the year.

FWIW, I think we will be an unstoppable killing machine next year.
Had been playing on adrenaline for most of the back half of the season Dave, football is so often decided by momentum now mate. They had more moments of momentum than we did and got a few breaks we might of got.We played 5 Times Including in the AFLX and we only beat them in the AFLX Game

Hawks lost a grand final and then won 3 in a row.Missed our chance. Not many teams bounce back after a grand final loss. I'm not optimistic about 2019.
That's the way it goes Dave - we had our moments but not enough, for whatever reason.I remember watching the Grand Final and Thinking Eagles got all the Bounces and the Luck
