WTA 2018 WTA Tour - Premier & International

Well, this is my major home for the year. :)

Auckland has had 1 and 1/2 days straight of rain and possibly more. Bit of flooding around in Auckland as well. They also had rain on Monday. NZ in summer sounds like a fantastic place. Going to be a busy Sat and Sunday(or a very early night tonight).

The City of Sails has become the City of Downpour.

TIL:
Female winner of the tournament pockets $191,000
Male winner: $71,000
Are you talking about the Brisbane international? They are different levels of tournament for the women compared to the men. It's a premier wta tournament and a 250 ATP tournament. If it was a 500 men's tournament prize money would be similar or the same.

Started the season the way she finished the last and is now on a 14-match, 3 title winning streak.
Of course, thanks for the reminder! She is someone to keep an eye out for in Melbourne then, especially when she plays a higher seed. Winning form and confidence are good things heading in to a slam. Hopefully she is not playing Sydney, instead setting herself up for the slam.
