It’s amusing that the non city fans are the ones imploding while the City fans are able to dissect it intelligently.

Was it a goal to city? Possibly but he was in an offside position interfering with the keeper.

Was that a penalty for Alfie? Strict sense yes as he was pushed.

Sydney seem to have woken up so hopefully in for a good game.

yeah but like Harper said if Beath give that a pen it wouldn't be overruled!

50/50 call I guess you've seen them given
yep but think Bosnich summed it up perfectly. Have seen Kosta and Le Fondre fall over at the slightest hint of contact for a while in the league now. Gets pretty tiring after a while.

Harper and Slater silent for two minutes now after Bosnich disagreed with them. ******* w***ers.

Slater has been a Sydney Pecker Rider for years. Horrible commentator and a flog to boot.

Harper is just a moron.

Just VAR overruling the goal and ruining the 'vibe' for a minor thing is bad for the spectacle and the game as many have said regarding VAR in general.

and Le Fondre went over too easily as Bozza suggested.

Minor? He was deadset offside by a mile and right in front of Redders

As for falling over please, he was pushed in the back and is a penalty.

But neither were there according to the ref so we carry on.

I am just salty they brought back VAR back for the finals, otherwise the goal would have stood :)

As you say, it is turning into a good game, hope it is not decided (either way) by a dodgy VAR/Ref decision.
