Wycombe are one game away from the Championship and we still have Donald and Parkinson and are looking at the recently released by Blackpool superstar Jay Spearing.

This keeps getting better and better ffs

Congrats to Wycombe but Peterborough fans would be even more disappointed. Has a side ever missed the playoffs with +28 goal diff? Doubt it.
They had away games coming against a bunch of contenders so that may have been reduced somewhat. But really, any of the top eight or so would have been worthy promotion winners so anyone missing out has every right to be disappointed. And Tranmere, in particular, has every right to feel aggrieved.

Honestly, it would have been fairer to play out the season but the economics just weren't right. PPG is a classic "least worst" solution, and I'm glad Wycombe gets the reward for an outstanding season, especially as it is one that none of us saw coming.

Good now sell up and piss off you absolute chancer.
Hopefully along with that posh fwit Charlie

Feel like he bought in not realising the amount ££ required to run it successfully
As if he didn’t look the books before buying ....

Really do feel for SAFC fans deserve much more than they’re given
Great stadium with excellent facilities for the players, city with a loyal fan base
Can’t remember who said it but show the fans you care about their club and they’ll embrace you like no other

Thankfully he pissed off ages ago. Probably trying to find another club to turn into Ibiza :$

They definitely looked at all the books and knew how much it would cost. They were banking on us getting promoted at the first attempt and selling us on and since that plan went south they've been found out for being the money-less chancers that they are. They even made it a part of the deal when buying the club from Ellis Short that he got the parachute payments we were meant to get from the EPL.

I feel like Sunderland, along with that club on Tyne-Side and the Sheffield clubs, would all be proper powerhouses in English football if any of us had competent ownership. We all have the fan bases, facilities and history to be a lot more then what we are right now and that last phrase could be attributed to any of us if you just show that you care about the club and what it means to people. The only club who have that right now is Leeds (and Sheffield United but their ownership situation is murky right now).

Can’t see anyone purchasing them while in League 1, especially with economic situation as f’kd as it is thanks to Covid

If they don’t go up next season I’d be pretty worried going forward 😢
Hopefully not a Bolton esque situation, Donald seems like the guy that won the lotto and splurged without having any business acumen of his a functional football club should run

FC Isle of Man are officially in the English football pyramid along with Bury AFC and will start in the 10th division next season. Nice to see all these recent island clubs getting into the football pyramid. Would be seriously something if them or Jersey ever got into the EFL. Imagine that for an away day.

I live in England so let me know if you ever come our way :)

Harrogate Town win Promotion to League Two. The first time in the clubs history they have made it to the Football League,

Congratulations to the Sulphurites. Great nickname. :)

Sucked in Notts County.
Haven’t followed them that much lately but they seem like a really poorly run organisation.
The way they treated Kewell as manager showed they thought they were better than they actually were and ended sliding further into relegation.
