VAR is the worst thing that has happened to this sport. Refs are either too scared to make a call in case they get it wrong and also know they have a safety net. Old mate here doesn't want to make another penalty call after he cocked up the earlier hand ball call. On top that when VAR reviews anything they go over the minutiae.
