Yes he does work for us. Rawlings is responsible for bringing Jay Lockhart to Casey to play VFL, who was subsequently drafted to Melbourne.

Could be scouting or could just be watching, who knows.
Ah that makes sense, definitely some players involved where a path similar to that would probably be a good one to go down.

Love how the older inside midfielder tank who doesn't run, just points for him to go for the goals.

So he should. Young people are there to run so old people don't have to.

I previously mentioned (speculatively) trading pick 3 down for a shot at Kemp and McAsey.

McAseys stocks are rising according to this, but Kemp sliding a little.

Brodie Kemp and Dylan Stephens would be a good result for pick 3.

Note again that I’m firmly in the camp of taking Noah Anderson if we have pick 2.
Saw Dylan Stephens on the weekend in an SANFL final. Killed it. Just burned them with speed. Seemed to know his limits disposal wise too. Don't know much about the Vic kids but if we got Stephens at any pick I'd be ecstatic. Not sure if he's a long distance runner or not, but if not that can be worked on at a club. Looks ideal for a wing.

So true. But how do you predict elite disposal at AFL level? It's all a gamble really at that age!
You don’t. What you do is burn all high picks by trading for established players that we already know have less than average disposal - it’s the Melbourne way

Need to hope one of Anderson, Serong or Flanders is basically a Stephenson clone.

Guarantee it. If we pick one of them, they'll be an Orren Stephenson clone.

If we downgrade our pick 3 to 11 and 14 i wonder if we will target Kemp at 11 or 14? Good enough to go in the top 8 picks but with the injury it will see him drop a few spots, most teams might overlook him due to him doubtful to play next year but if we have 2 first rounders it might be a good opportunity to pick him up.
