Yes he does work for us. Rawlings is responsible for bringing Jay Lockhart to Casey to play VFL, who was subsequently drafted to Melbourne.

Looks good, we can play him as a half forward for the first few years if we can find a few players to put on the wings.

Sounds like he could be a DeGoey type, strong goal kicker that will be able to go through the middle eventually.

Pretty cool to be best on ground in a final feat. the top potential 5 picks sans Green. Flanders, Serong and Anderson all sound like pretty similar types. Hopefully the one taken highest doesn’t end up being the best

Saw Dylan Stephens on the weekend in an SANFL final. Killed it. Just burned them with speed. Seemed to know his limits disposal wise too. Don't know much about the Vic kids but if we got Stephens at any pick I'd be ecstatic. Not sure if he's a long distance runner or not, but if not that can be worked on at a club. Looks ideal for a wing.

Even State League level isn't a great indicator, we all know too well how the elite disposal of The Toump worked out.

If state league Toump turned up for the Dees we’d have gone close to a flag in 2017/18

If we downgrade our pick 3 to 11 and 14 i wonder if we will target Kemp at 11 or 14? Good enough to go in the top 8 picks but with the injury it will see him drop a few spots, most teams might overlook him due to him doubtful to play next year but if we have 2 first rounders it might be a good opportunity to pick him up.
