Some unhappy campers so changes being sought.
Ess or Rich to face North on Good Friday (not sure how many marquee games they’re required to be in).
Great at least we get a win on the board early(I haven't put the Tuggers down as a loss)!We're playing Essendon round 2. Sunday game at 3:20.

Not sure if there's a thread on this, but the article today on the AFL website says that Liddle announced earlier in the year that we will be playing 6 home games at Docklands and 5 at the 'G for the next 5 years. Is this true? When did this happen? And what happened to the triumphant 'we're now playing 6 home games at the MCG' announcement a couple of years ago (which was poor in itself, given most supporters want, and were expecting, at least 7 at the MCG)?

The club's CEO, Cain Liddle, confirmed earlier in the year that the Blues will play six home games at Marvel Stadium and five at the MCG over the next five years.
Clearly the AFL forgot to obtain approval from Dangerfield, Chris Scott & Gerard Whateley first.Fixture delayed until Thurs @ midday.

Pretty sure he said that at the members forum in the preseason.Not sure if there's a thread on this, but the article today on the AFL website says that Liddle announced earlier in the year that we will be playing 6 home games at Docklands and 5 at the 'G for the next 5 years. It’s funny, we couldn’t be more ‘in bed’ with the AFL if we tried, yet still get treated like a 3rd class unit. Well done to all!!!
We are pathetic at requesting marquee games , considering Carlton v Collingwood or Essendon were once the biggest games in the year
We have one v Richmond round 1 , allegedly we were supposed to get Good Friday v Nth Melb but have missed !!
Beyond annoyed that the pin cushions get Good Friday, to add to Anzac Day and Dream Time.
Seriously Carlton pushed for the Good Friday game for as long as North. Makes sense with the two clubs being the closest to the Hospital....
Carlton continue to get nothing. Regardless of ladder position we would draw more than ruddy North.
Clarko to have a coffee with Gil to sort it outFixture delayed until Thurs @ midday.

the AFL are such **** heads how hard is it for us to play, bombers, Pies and Tigers twice each then I don’t care who else we play twice.According to a poster on TC the teams we play twice are;
Richmond, Swans, Gold Coast, Bulldogs and Saints.
