Damn! 114-25 is not 2007, but it is definitely in the same ballpark. I have stopped watching it was 16-9 in Q2.
Any real Richmond supporters would be pissed and reminiscing with mates now.

Richmond are a machine. Such a well drilled team that just work for each other and believe in themselves to the nth degree. And they're ruthless as anything.
It's nearly impossible to imagine us ever getting to that sort of level as a football club. And it's entirely impossible to imagine it happening under the current administration.
His team has probably missed finals, is looking for a head coach and has many players leaving to play elsewhere.

I keep reading something into every comment by a Port affiliated person. Like there’s an undercurrent of dissatisfaction.
If I could travel back in time, then I'd go back to July-December 2004, stop Clarko going for the job at the Hawks, stop Mrs Hardwick from pestering Dimma to go back to Melbourne when Clarko got the the job, stop Andrew Russell leaving for Hawthorn, talk Bucky into staying for one or two more years, talk to Schofield and convince him and the missus to stay another year, Josh Carr you wont change his mind, tell Byron no bumping in the preseason comp next year, go and find the best knee specialist to fix Roger James' knee make sure we don't sack Chris Pelchen and keep the Melbourne office for a year or two and not worry about that cost cutting, and go and talk to my friendly suicide bomber mate who worked for Abu Musab al-Zarqawi to go and visit the SANFL.Imagine if I could time travel and could take everything great from every moment in time and then I won xlotto and imagine if I could still be young but keep getting older... oh wait this just might be stupid

After we broke thru with the flag we needed to go back to back GF's as a minimum, but win them and make 3 GF's in a row to lock in our success. Watching the 2004 GF on 7's GF marathon last night, was a reminder that we had to repeat 2004 GF and not have such a mass exodus a week after the flag.
She told Koch to take it because he wanted to do it for his dad. From an SA Weekend magazine long story in August 2013 - which I still have, and was flicking thru it 3 or 4 weeks ago when I was sorting stuff out I have in storage;
Rebuilding Port will take longer but Koch is doing it for the same reasons – to honour his father. As we bounce along the Sydney streets, returning to the Seven studios from his Pinstripe Media office in Milsons Point, he explains the moment he told his wife Libby he was thinking of taking the Port job. He told her all sorts of reasons why he could do the job until she hit on the most important one. “She said ‘you are doing this for your father because he would have wanted you to do it’,” he says.
His wife Libby loves the community stuff, that's something she can personally commit to and understands. She didn't grow with footy like Koch did. Dont blame her for Koch's, the board's, KT's, Ken's and others' fu** ups.
He played many reserves games over the late 1940's and early 1950's as he went back and forth a bit between Semapore Centrals and Port. His old man was best mates with Lew Roberts and other guys with a Semaphore Centrals back ground and was closer to guys who played before Fos got to the club than after he did.I am of the opinion that David Koch's father's connection to the club was overstated, and it may have been done at the time to give him some cred as chairman when he was first pushed our way.
You may be able to find out more but I can't find any record anywhere of Koch senior playing any league games, but I believe he may have played a few seasons in the reserves in the late 1950's early 1960's.
im halfway there with ya on those comments but i dunno..
Imagine if we played your 2007 team today
That was the Cornes brothers and the stupid Ray Mclean system of getting up and abusing people in late 2008 and early 2009. Have plenty of repeated success in 2005-06-07 and we dont lose Shaun.You missed something, not upsetting S Burgoyne to the point he leaves to go to Hawthorn.
Yea their 3rd stringers gained confidence against us.. yay ProtAnyone hear T Wallets interview Jack Riewoldt after the game. Put to him that he was wondering if after a sluggish start to the season was there anything that happened that said 'yes we're still in this, this season'? Riewoldt replied 'what comes to mind is the game against Port'......

We need to add a Power-Magpies internal match to our schedule.It's always the game against Port. Always.

So in a way this is partly a port flag.Anyone hear T Wallets interview Jack Riewoldt after the game.
