The best week of the year is almost upon us. Just had a quick look at the weather forecast although a week out they have Showers forecasted for Friday and Saturday with a fine day on the Sunday. Will be facinating to see how the Mustangs go at the mountain.

Only bad luck can stop Triple 8 after the ratchet job done on the Mustangs this year. How can you keep nobbling the Mustang when only ScottyMac is dominating. It will be a farce if the Mustangs aren’t competitive at Bathurst (as I suspect).

Scotty is still the favourite IMO.

Best driver, best car...... not the best co driver. The Mustang will still be plenty fast up there, as I shall witness live on the mountain for the first time this weekend.

When are Supercars going to understand their place in the world?
Imagine scheduling this up against the Japanese F1.....
Can’t watch both.

It's kind of weird. I actually reckon BF motor board is a pretty a accurate breakdown of motorsport fans in Australia.

By far and away F1 is the most popular class, as evidenced by how much busier the F1 races threads are.

Nothing during the week.

Almost no interest in supercars throughout the year.

Loaded interest for Bathurst.

They've only done it for the last 15 years.

More people watch Bathurst.
While I was just having a little joke, I can't let that last comment pass.

In terms of unique viewers, during 2018 the sport once again had an improvement globally (+10%), reaching 490.2m
Will Davison and Jonathon Webb’s victory played out before an average audience of 2.1 million viewers, peaking at 3.1 million, across Fox Sports, Network Ten and WIN TV.

I'm talking in Australia, more people would watch Bathurst.

No doubt F1 is more popular globally but Bathurst is just one of those things we Aussies watch. Much like the Melbourne Cup, Boxing Day Test etc.

That will only drop once ADR retires.

Scotty does fastest ever lap with only 2 green tyres

fu** meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
And he had 3 big moments, thought he binned it across the top. First time I've been up to the mountain for race weekend and watching these cars is incredible.

He is on a mission, he knows he can't lose the title this weekend so I expect him to give it everything.
