personally dont think vettel has ever recovered from binning it at germany last year. not sure how you fix that either when you're driving for ferrari, it's not like you can take time out and relax, or the pressure gets released at all.

Its crap . Its not sportmanship it rewards poor performance .

Be better if they banned pitting under the safety car, so it rewards those who have actually pitted before hand not started lower on the grid and been able to go longer.
Simple regulation change like that and Bottas keeps his win while Hamilton has to overtake a dozen Cars to finish 2nd.
