Going to the draft is not the answer....look at teams who have constantly gone to the draft..stkilda,carlton,brissy,gc etc
...besides brissy, none of them are better than us and have been at the bottom for a long time despite loading up on top ten picks....even brissy burnt through a shitload before they turned it around

Recent flag "dynasties" were built off trading in senior players. Hawks were bringing guys in like lake, hale etc, tigers were caddy,,prestia,lynch etc
