I didn't read the prior conversation, but I rate carlisle much, much higher than jones. He's been a rock the last few weeks and will get much better with consistent games. He's a legitimate star when he's up and running. Wins/saves games in a way jones does not

really depends where their first round pick lands and whether or not we think there will be top end talent of the kind we need.. right now this draft seems pretty heavy with back flankers.. doesn't seem like something we really need, and you'd be pretty brave to bet on sydney having two down years in a row.

Personally I just hold onto the players that make up our spine, carlisle, battle, roma, king, bruce. I'd entertain a trade for bruce should that nab us ben king but bruce has impressed me lately.

Sinclair is definitely on the table however for mine

Pick 5*, Future 2nd and Ross for pick 1 and a future 3rd.

I'd go all out for Noah Anderson.

I don’t know if they will take it, it would be really good but less experience is what we don’t need. I’d love Anderson though. Gold Coast imo want him considering their request for priority pick. Who knows.

Yeah I agree mate just thought I'd float something, don't think anyone would be trading out pick 1 anytime soon but it is enticing if they were after mature age + leadership.

I rate him higher than that but GWS are over stocked with young mids so there might be a chance.. He needs to ask for a trade home..

Actually think Briggs is gettable ....
If Giants don’t win it this year , can see them going all in with Ryder as their list has a salary cap
issue ..after next season ...Cameron , Whitfield etc ...lot of Guns out of contract.

Yes Flynn is developing nicely and exactly what we are looking for in a second mobile ruck/forward but has been under GWS Academy since his early teens

What about Chol from Tigers?

Mobile kicks goals and is filling that second ruck /forward role at Richmond currently

Apparently is unrestricted FA and could be worth a look
