I’d steer clear of Crouch. Just injury worries.

But in saying that if he does stay fit.

I’d be happy to part with pick 15 and 2020 first Rd pick

There should be limit to desperation to get A midfielder. Where will you stop? Brad is not elite. If Crows believe we are desperate, they will ask for world.

I bet 90% Crows fans would do a deal for next year first round pick alone (realistically 1-4).
Personally, I could live with next year first round alone even though it's way overs. 2nd round back would be more reasonable and still overs.

Similarly I could live with 11 + 15 but more reasonable 11 + 20.

If Luko and Ben would base their decision on only number of wins something is not right.

Slimy Simon lethelean should not be talking about Ben king, it is disrespectful. He bought in hannebury last year, so could well stuff up the saints list as he sticks his nose into list management

If I were Gil/AFL and witnessing the Crows and the Saints trying to pick us over so blatantly, I'd lean very heavily on them and kindly 'suggest' the myriad of ways they can make life difficult for their club.

I can just see next year when Luko wants to go and we ask for pick 1 back and they laugh at us and offer pick 10. Super dumb trade that cuts us twice for a guy we would get for free next year.

If you want some interesting reading compare Crouch to Fiorini on the AFL stats page. Crouch wins most stats but only just and is 3 years older, how many clubs would offer us pick 1 for him OR crouch for that matter ZERO

IMO our midfield is our Achilles Heel we need an A Grader desperately.

agreed but sheil and treloar nominated their clubs. for this to work crouch needs to come out and publicly request a trade.

If the Crouch thing is even slightly possible I don't mind overpaying. Their are flow on benefits beyond the simple "is Crouch worth x?" way of looking at it.

We get him and over pay using the concessions but we become a good side next year. Huge things could start happening for us.

The Ellis acquisition despite what people say is already a huge step forward for us.

But hey, I am an optimist and I don't think this business is black and white like people make out.
