Is it too early to best 22 for 2020?
Maybe a depth chart?

We need to improve the NEAFL team massively. Should be challenging for a top 4 spot next season. If fit, our NEAFL team may go close next year.
Will have a lot of quality.
Flanders' smirk stands out in this photo. Everyone else looks stoked.

Will Powell?I think Flanders would be nervous on TV, probably disappointed he slid from the top 5, and didn't want to look goofy so tried playing it cool, he'll be alright.
No way in hell can I see us playing a 3 man fwd line this year though, pressure is on for spots! I'm wondering if we give Powel a run behind the ball, good intercept mark, agile to play on smalls and a composed kick

@Mr Bods maybe you went a bit early on insulting a player who loves the club huh?
James Brayshaw IQ = 4
You'll probably find he's had a change of heart given the amount of commitment other players have shown. Because my mail at the end of the season from an extremely high figure at GC was that they were worried about retaining him. It just shows you how quickly things can change though. It'll be nice having a full season next year not having to hear about whether we are retaining this player and that player. For the first time in a long time our boys will just be able to focus on playing footy and winning.
There is a specific thread for best 22.Here's a starting point of a best 22 and a depth chart. I'm not as strong as some of you are the bottom part of the list so happy to defer to better opinions. Overall though, the list looks supremely stronger and deeper. Best 22 will be super hard.

On the age, it has the pick we used for Flanders as originating at Hawthorn. Does anyone know the path the pick followed?
Should be a tough pre season, lots of competition for spots... Can see Touk struggling to get a game next year.
I said this last year and it was met with a fairly aggravated response on here. He just doesn’t have enough tricks in his bag to keep a starting spot in the midfieldShould be a tough pre season, lots of competition for spots... Can see Touk struggling to get a game next year.

He could be a good lock down defender but I query his pace to keep up with fast small forwards. Otherwise he has all the defensive toolsIs he a candidate to move into a back pocket once Harbs retires?
Ha ha- I've been saying it for years with similar reactionI said this last year and it was met with a fairly aggravated response on here. He just doesn’t have enough tricks in his bag to keep a starting spot in the midfield
